Earth and Green

NOTES:

Inspired by a 1955 painting by Mark Rothko of the same name, Earth and Green is an exploration of the dichotomy between organic sound materials and musical sounds. The result, I view as an abstract sound sculpture, in which the lifespan, tactile quality, and richness of the sound materials is given precedence.
